§ Neighborhood Guide

Paradise Valley
neighborhoods.

Paradise Valley's neighborhoods each have distinct character — from hillside estates with mountain panoramas to flatland properties with acre-plus lots and mature desert landscaping.

While Paradise Valley is a single incorporated town, its neighborhoods are remarkably diverse — shaped by terrain, architecture, and the vision of individual homeowners and builders.

The town covers approximately 15.5 square miles, with minimum one-acre lot zoning throughout. There are no multi-family residences, no commercial districts, and very few tract-home developments. Instead, Paradise Valley is defined by custom estates, each with its own character, set against a backdrop of Sonoran desert and mountain views.
